Join us while we participate in Coogan’s Salsa, Blues, and Shamrocks 5K Run! 
Let's take our running shoes up to Washington Heights neighborhood!  Run as you are serenaded by dozens of different musical groups along the course. 

Course
Start on Fort Washington Ave between 172nd & 173rd Streets. Run north on Fort Washington Avenue to Fort Tryon Park. Complete one full loop of Fort Tryon Park and run south along Fort Washington Avenue to the finish.

Number Pickup /Registration
Entrants are required to pick up their numbers, scoring tags, and race souvenirs at New York Road Runners (9 East 89th Street) on:

• Thursday, March 4, 1:00-7:00 p.m.
• Friday, March 5, 1:00-7:00 p.m.
• Saturday, March 6, 11:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m.

At the New Balance Track and Field Center at the Armory, 216 Fort Washington Avenue (West 168th Street), Manhattan, on:

• Sunday, March 7, Adults: 7:30-8:30 a.m. / Kids: 8:45-9:45 a.m.

Post-Race

Prize money will be awarded to the top four male and female runners ($400, $300, $200, $100, respectively). Trophies will be awarded in all NYRR running categories.
