This session, designed to be complemented by our Tuesday runs, can get you race ready, regardless of training for a triathlon or a marathon. This structured training sessions will include endurance training, intervals, and hill repeats all geared to develop speed, strength, efficency and form. Workouts will begin with a warm-up and drill set, followed by the main set and cool-down.
Please be prompt. Sessions will start on time. Each athlete should bring their heart rate monitor or wrist watch (if available) and hydration to every session.
