Joining our club gives you access to training and so much more! You will make new friends within our family atmosphere who will participate with you in uplifting your community, celebrate as you cross a finish line or accomplish your fitness goals, and provide you with the support you need to persevere in training over the long haul. Our only requirement is that you bring a positive attitude and have a good time. TriLatino takes care of the rest!

Training Options
General Triathlon Training March 5 - September 13, 2012 This option is designed for athletes who are: looking to complete their first triathlon, working to improve their fitness, or pushing themselves to greater challenges in the sport. Our coaching staff designed this program to fit multiple skill levels in the three disciplines of swimming, cycling and running. This comprehensive training program also includes BRick training (Bike/Run), open water swims, and informational clinics to deliver fundamental strategies about triathlon.
Spring Ironman/Half Ironman Training March 26 - August 14, 2012 Designed by world-renowned Olympic Triathlon Coach, Gale Bernhardt - TriLatino's 2012 Spring Ironman/Half Ironman program is specifically designed to prepare athletes for Ironman New York (August 11, 2012) and Timberman 70.3 in New Hampshire (August 19, 2012).
This periodized program is designed for experienced athletes who are committed to following a detailed training schedule with daily instructions. It includes coached sessions in swim, bike, run and core training. If you are committed to achieving your goals through dedicated training then this is the program for you.
Marathon Training July - November 2012 This 16-week training program is designed to help you conquer the ING New York City Marathon. Let our coaches, with over 20 years of experience training long-distance runners, take your long run to the next level. Whether you're a first time marathoner or a marathon veteran, you'll be crossing the finish line in style.
Swim Program Tuesdays and Thursdays from March 6 to September 14, 2012 Improve your form and swim faster! Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced group sessions available.
Cycling Program Saturdays from April 7 - September 8, 2012 Learn basic skills, ride more efficiently over long distances, and climb hills faster! Two training groups are available depending on your goals.
Run Program Tuesdays and Thursdays from March 6 - September 14, 2012 Combine speed with strength training to become an efficient runner. Two run sessions per week designed to build endurance and make you a stronger overall athlete. The coaching staff develops runners of all abilities, whether you're looking to win your age-group or looking to get off the couch and into the park!
Core Program Mondays from March 5 - September 10, 2012 Did you know that a strong core is an essential tool for every sport? Train your body for maximum performance in every triathlon discipline by improving your power, strength and stability with our core classes. Coaching staff will adjust and modify each session for athletes of various skill levels. |
