Refunds and Exchanges

Are you in receipt of your TriLatino merchandise?  If something isn’t right with your order TriLatino guarantees to make it right.  If an item didn’t fit or arrived damaged, exchanging it is easier than you think.  Just follow these three simple steps within 45 days from date or receipt:

1. Locate the invoice included with your order, circle the items that you would like to return and include it in the package you are sending back to us. 
2. Ship the items back via United State Postal Service flat rate service.  Note that if you are returning the item because it is not what you ordered in the first place or the merchandise is damaged we will credit you with the cost for shipping the items back to us.  
3. Return items to:  TriLatino Triathlon Club, Inc. - 930 Tiffany Street - Bronx, NY 10459

We will promptly process your exchange or store credit.  If we need to order the custom item once more, the same delivery time applies, 4 to 6 weeks.

If you simply prefer a store credit, we will help you with that as well.  Just give us a call at 1-877-TRILATINO with your order number and we will issue a credit on your account available for your next purchase.  No cash or credit refunds available at this time. 
 
Wondering what is eligible for exchange or store credit?

You can exchange or get store credit for any item that's in its original condition (unwashed and unworn) or defective, unless it was purchased for final sale.
