TRIATHLON BASIC TRAINING

Spring/Summer Training: Mar 23, 2020 through Sept 3, 2020

TriLatino will get you ready to swim, bike, run and off to conquer your goals this season. With us, you’ll enjoy guidance from certified triathlon coaches that care about your progress and fitness goals. 

Triathlon training program includes:

Four coached sessions/week

1. Strength/yoga: Begins 3/23

  • Monday 6:30-7:30pm at Riply Grier Studios, 939 8th Avenue, Studio #3A, NYC 10018 

2. Swim: Begins 3/24

  • Tuesdays, 8-9pm- Advanced @ Vanderbilt YMCA. Location: 224 E 47th St, New York, NY 10017

  • Thursdays, 7-8pm –Beginner and Intermediate@ Seahorse Fitness Inc. Location: 69 Columbia Street, NYC 10002

3. Run: Begins 3/25

  • Wednesdays, 6:30pm; Central Park, meet at NY Running Company Powered by JackRabbit store in 10 Columbus Circle

4. Bike on Saturdays: Begins 4/4

  • Beginner/Intermediate Cyclists, Saturday 6:30am – 8am -Central Park East 103rd Street transverse

  • Intermediate/Advanced Cyclists. Start time is 7:30 am. We will alternate between 9W @ Fort Lee NJ and Harriman State Park.

  • If you are not sure which session is the best fit for you, please discuss with one of the coaches.

Choice of one Open Water Swim from 1 of 3 options:

  • May 10th

  • June 7th

  • July 12th
