No matter what your motivation for running is, now you can improve on your run through proper running techniques that will help you prevent injuries and drills that will make you more efficient.
Our group workouts will help you increase your distance and ability. Our workouts challenge runners of all abilities, whether you are experienced in the sport or just trying it out for the first time.
Wednesdays 6:30pm-Central Park @ Columbus Circle
Bag watch provided by NY Running Company Powered by JackRabbit store located on 2nd Floor of Time Warner Center (10 Columbus Cir) *Bring a lock. The group meets between 6:00 pm-6:20 pm At 6:25pm the group heads into Central park via Columbus Circle entrance.
Please make sure you bring a sports watch or HR GPS Monitor watch.
