This is a triathlete specific training covering yoga (focused on increasing proprioception/awareness of your body, increasing flexibility/mobility, increasing strength mentally and physically, and on balance through alignment-based foundational asana) and strength training to build core and other muscle groups crucial for triathlon training. Classes will switch focus week to week.

What you’ll need to bring: Nothing really, but if you want to be more comfortable a yoga mat, towel and a bottle of water would be great.
